ABOUT CROSSING PATHS LLC
Crossing Paths LLC was founded by Eric Trumbull, whose vision is to provide the finest example of residential care for adults. Crossing Paths LLC is an approved DDD group home in the state of Arizona that takes pride in providing a comfortable and safe living environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
SERVICES
Daily Habilitation:
Crossing Paths LLC offers habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities. Our qualified staff provides care to each member based on their current set of goals and level of functioning. Habilitation is used to increase members' independence, self-esteem, communication and productivity within their home and community settings.
Room and Board:
Crossing Paths LLC provides a safe home, with individual rooms for each member. You can rest assured that your loved one is safe and well cared for at Crossing Paths LLC.
OUR STAFF
At Crossing Paths LLC, we hire capable and compassionate caregivers.
Our staff goes through a rigorous background check before being employed by Crossing Paths LLC. In addition, all employees hold a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and certifications in: Article 9, Prevention and Support and CPR/1st Aid.
LIFE AT CROSSING PATHS LLC
Our members participate in a variety of crafts, attend movie nights, go to local dances, volunteer at senior centers, compete on cheerleading teams, participate in day treatment and training programs, attend the Arizona State Fair, assist with grocery shopping, partake in cooking special meals and have individualized birthday parties. At Crossing Paths, we believe that the opportunities for our members are limitless!
